Refunds are made at the discretion of Gilded Goldens. Refunds may be requested for premade orders if the item is not shipped within 14 working days. No refunds will be issued for pre-order or custom orders. Returns are not accepted.

USPS domestic shipping with tracking is included in purchase. Foreign shipping must be covered by buyer. 

Tracking number for your package will be sent to you once your order is dropped off to the post office.

Gilded Goldens guarantees that each package is safely delivered to the closest United States Postal Service. It is no longer Gilded Goldens responsibility once a package is out of our possession. Gilded Goldens will not compensate or reimburse for lost or damaged items. Insurance for your package is optional and an additional charge.
